30 day RETURN POLICY:

  • It's easy just fill out a return authorization request using the form below.
  • Returns received by Specialty Stores Inc. within 30 days of the original order delivery date are eligible for a cash refund (less $3.50 restocking fee) or store credit. Returns received between 30 and 60 days of the delivery date are subject to a 20% restocking fee, although seasonal and discontinued items will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Please note: the product must be in the original condition with hangers and tags - items that are used cannot be accepted for return.
  • Be sure to fill out the form first so we know your item is coming back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. But don't worry... we are real people that care about your patronage and will take care of your return request promptly. 

There are some exceptions:

  • Holiday themed merchandise may not be returned after the holiday passes (e.g., turkey items after Thanksgiving, Santa items after Christmas). The last day we will accept returns for Christmas themed items is December 18th.
  • We cannot accept returns on any personalized or custom made item.
  • ALL SALES FINAL on Clearance and Open Box items.
  • Free exchanges are offered for personalized items if an error is made on the personalization.
  • There may be certain special order items that cannot be returned (will be indicated on the product page)

Returning an Order with "Free Gift"

If you return an item on an order in which you received a free gift, the price of the gift will be deducted from your refund or credit (unless the items you've kept still qualify you for the gift). Of course, you can also return the gift and will then not be charged for it.


Undeliverable Returns

Orders returned as undeliverable are subject to a $10 restocking fee to contribute towards the cost of forward and return shipping. 


When to Expect a Refund

Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.

Tracking Your Return

We strongly recommend that you send your return back with tracking to prevent any problems with a lost package. This can be done with UPS Ground, or more economically with USPS Parcel Post with "Delivery Confirmation" added. If sending via USPS, we also strongly recommend purchasing insurance in case the item is damaged during the return shipment.

Returning a Gift

If you have received a gift and would like to return it, we are happy to issue you a store credit via a gift certificate code. This keeps your return private and allows you to select another product.

Refund Amount

- There is a $3.50 re-stocking fee for a returned order. This fee is waived if you choose to receive a store credit rather than a refund.
- As with most returns from online retailers, return shipping is paid by you (this includes customs brokerage fees for Canadian customers).
- If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund your credit for the full amount paid for the merchandise, less the $3.50 re-stocking fee.
- Refusing delivery of a product is the same as a return - you are responsible for return shipping costs and we will deduct the charge associated for the returned shipment from your refund.
- Items that are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to a bad or incorrectly addressed package are subject to the same policy, although we are happy to re-ship them to a good address at the cost of postage.

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange for another product you may request a Store Credit + 5% bonus or a refund and we will waive the $3.50 restocking fee.
- All refunds and store credits are not issued until our warehouse receives your return in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If you choose to receive a refund, you can reorder the item you want instead at any time with your credit card knowing that you will soon receive the refund to your credit card for the original item you ordered once it is back at our warehouse.

Rewards Points:

If you earned rewards points for item(s) that you return, the points that you earned for each returned item will be deducted from your rewards points account. Conversely, if you used rewards points to purchase an item that you return, the points will be returned back to your account.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and make it easy for you to return an item.
