Customers who create an account with Specialty Stores, Inc are automatically enrolled in the Specialty Stores Loyalty program. Specialty Stores Inc. has the right to award loyalty discounts to shoppers based on their purchases and calculations based on Zamberg's evaluation. The Specialty Stores Inc Loyalty program is offered only to shoppers who are 18 years or older and meet all other eligibility requirements. Membership awarding & redemption of loyalty discount & other details will be the sole discretion of Specialty Stores, Inc. The Specialty Stores Loyalty program & all its primary components including loyalty discounts, merchandise & policies are decided & implemented at the sole discretion of Specialty Stores, Inc. The above list is not exhaustive & can be modified by Specialty Stores Inc as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty program participants as individuals or groups. 
Duration of the Program & Account Termination 
The Specialty Stores, Inc Loyalty program was launched on January 4th 2010. Specialty Stores, Inc. has the sole authority to dissolve the program at anytime, any loyalty discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date. Specialty Stores, Inc is not liable to inform the Loyalty program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event of such situation arises.
Accrued Points are subject to expiration and forfeiture if the account holder has not made a purchase from a Specialty Stores, Inc retail website in a six month period. 
Specialty Stores, Inc may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Loyalty program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Specialty Stores, Inc.
Entry into Specialty Stores Loyalty Program 
To become eligible for the Specialty Stores, Inc Loyalty program a customer must become a registered account holder either by creating an account on a Specialty Stores online retail site (found at www.specialtystoresinc.com) or over the phone 1-800-381-1857 (M - F 8AM to 4PM )PST). After clicking on the "Login" button customer will be prompted to enter their information in the New Customer form and following through all the steps of the registration process.
No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Though the above causes are not exhaustive & changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of Specialty Stores, Inc as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty program members as individuals or groups. 
Loyalty Discounts, Assignment Schedule & Display 
Reward points are awarded for purchases and other activities on a Specialty Stores, Inc retail website. As of January 5th, 2011, rewards are awarded as follows:
Creating an Account
Upon creating a unique account with Specialty Stores, Inc., the account holder will be awarded 5000 loyalty points. Each account must be unique to a specific individual that meets eligibility requirements. Rewards points will be invalidated for any duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Making a Valid Purchase
Each eligible product is assigned a loyalty points value which is shown on the product description page. Clearance or sale items may not be eligible. See the product details page to confirm eligibility. When items are added to the shopping cart, the shopping cart displays totals of all loyalty points that will be received for completing the purchase. Points will be available for use after payment has been received for the purchase. 
Writing a Product Review
Registered customers will be awareded 2500 loyalty points for submitting a validated product review. Validated reviews must be for products that have been purchased and received by the registered customer and that include all required fields.
Referring a Friend
Each registered customer is assigned a referral link. When this referral link is shared with a friend and that friend subsequently completes a valid purchase with a Specialty Stores, Inc retail website, the referrer will be awarded 5000 loyalty points. Other methods for generating referral emails to friends are available the following link: http://www.specialtystoresinc.com/rewardpoints/index/referral/
A referred friend must be a unique individual with a single email address that meets eligibility requirements. Loyalty points will be voided and program membership will be terminated if referrals are made to self or multiple email addresses for a single individual. 
A friend that has been referred to a Specialty Stores Inc., retail website will be awarded a one-time bonus of 2500 loyalty points. Each account older is eligible for a single referral bonus. If a unique customer receives multiple referrals, points will be awarded to the first referrer and no other referrer will be awarded loyalty points.
Usage of Points
Loyalty Points can be applied on the shopping cart page to generate a discount on purchases. Account holders can choose to apply all or partial amounts of their points in 250 point increments.
As of January 5th 2011, 1000 points equates to a $1 discount on a purchase. Points have no cash value. Points that remain on Member’s account will expire and will be forfeited if the Program is terminated.
Members do not earn points for the amount of any points redeemed or discounts applied. In the event that a Member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with rewards points, no points will be reissued to such Member’s account. Other exclusions may apply.
Cancellations and Returns
Awarded points will be voided and deducted from the account holder for any order cancellation or product return. 
General Conditions 
Customers will be automatically entered into Specialty Stores Loyalty program once they create a  account and place their first order. Further, by accepting the loyalty discounts, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Specialty Stores, Inc, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty program related activity. This Program is void where prohibited by law. 
Specialty Stores Loyalty Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Specialty Stores, Inc. We reserve the right, without limitation, to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated and/or the ability to use accumulated Points toward Rewards Certificates). Specialty Stores, Inc may, among other things: (i) increase or decrease the number of Points earned on a Qualifying Purchase; (ii) increase the number of Points required to earn a Rewards Certificate; (iii) institute or add blackout dates; (iv) modify Point expiration dates; and/or (v) limit the number of Rewards Certificates for use by a Member on a single purchase.
Specialty Stores, Inc reserves the right to make bonus Points and other promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation, and/or information supplied by the Member. Specialty Stores, Inc reserves the right to add, withdraw, amend, or otherwise change bonus opportunities at any time at its sole discretion, with or without notice to Members.
Specialty Stores, Inc, its subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Program, membership in the Program, or any products or services related to the Program.
We may change these Terms described at any time in our sole discretion by posting the updated Terms on the Site. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes, and your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms to which you are bound.
Specialty Stores, Inc reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. All determinations by Specialty Stores, Inc will be final and conclusive in each case. These Terms supersede all previously published Terms in their entirety.
Specialty Stores Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Specialty Stores, Inc. will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Abuse of the Rewards Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of Rewards Points or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Specialty Stores, Inc in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member’s account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused Rewards Points
Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member’s estate, and may not pass to a Member’s successors and assigns. Accrued points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued points  are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Washington, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. Specialty Stores, Inc and Member each agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or Member’s Specialty Stores Rewards membership will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Washington (King County). Specialty Stores, Inc and Member each acknowledge and agree that each has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim, or controversy. Specialty Stores, Inc and Member each understand that a judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under this Agreement will be consolidated

 

with any other arbitration.
